Search committee to meet Thursday to interview candidates for new state veterinarian
FRANKFORT (October 28, 2020) — The Kentucky State Board of Agriculture’s Search Committee for the New State Veterinarian will meet to interview candidates to replace the retiring Dr. Robert Stout at 10 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 29 at Embassy Suites Lexington. The committee will go immediately into closed session for interviews following guidelines from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

State police identify pedestrian killed Saturday night
BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – Kentucky State Police have identified the man killed in a fatality involving a pedestrian and a car Saturday night. Reeboy Silbanuz, 20, of Bowling Green, was killed just before 7 p.m. The collision occurred near the 23 mile marker of Interstate 65 in Bowling Green, according to a release from KSP.
