London man charged with 5 counts of rape

LAUREL COUNTY, Ky. – The Laurel County Sheriff’s Office charged 20-year-old Cameron Botkins of London with 5 counts of first-degree rape Thursday. Investigators say Botkins allegedly engaged in sexual relations with a 13-year-old female victim. Botkins was lodged at the Laurel County Correctional Center on unrelated charges when the charges were filed. The investigation is ongoing.
