Greenwood Mall sold to local ownership group, according to release

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – A Bowling Green mall is under new ownership and management.

According to a release, a local ownership group has purchased Greenwood Mall. Spinoso Real Estate Group has been selected to oversee the mall’s management, leasing and ongoing operations.

The release does not identify the local ownership.

“Greenwood Mall has been an important part of Bowling Green for generations, and we believe its best days are still ahead,” said Carmen D. Spinoso, CEO of Spinoso Real Estate Group. “Our goal is to build on the mall’s existing foundation by attracting retailers that complement the market, supporting current tenants, enhancing the property, and creating experiences that bring people together. We look forward to working with the new ownership and the Bowling Green community to build on what is already here and create something everyone can be proud of.”

The release adds that the partnership combines local investment and commitment with the experience and resources of a nationally recognized mall operator.
