Truck driver injured after semi overturns

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – At 10:30 a.m. Bowling Green police were called to an overturned semi at Memphis Junction Road just before the intersection with Russellville Road. The truck was hauling a crane. The driver, John Moore, of Alabama, was injured and taken to a local hospital for treatment. The extent of the injuries was not released.

Fur Ball 2021 canceled due to pandemic

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – The Bowling Green Warren County Humane Society along with the Executive Committee of the Fur Ball cancelled the 2021 Fur Ball. ”Due to the cataclysmic impact of the Covid-19 Pandemic on our community along with our entire nation, the Fur Ball has been rescheduled to Saturday, Feb. 5, 2022,” the committee said in a press release….

One killed in Smiths Grove wreck

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – Warren County Sheriff’s deputies are investigating a late Friday night fatal wreck in Smiths Grove, Sheriff Brett Hightower said. Man in stolen car wrecks during pursuit, runs away barefooted

GLASGOW, Ky. – Barren County Sheriff’s deputies hope to identify a man who fled from them first in a car and then on foot Thursday morning.
