Ohio County man charged with soliciting explicit material from minor

HARTFORD, Ky. – According to a social media post, the Ohio County Sheriff’s Office arrested 63-year-old Clinton Allen, of Beaver Dam, on May 25 following an investigation that began in January 2026. Allen is charged with procuring or promoting the use of a minor by electronic means. He was lodged at the Ohio County Detention Center. The investigation is ongoing.
