Mechanical failure closes Cave City railroad crossing

CAVE CITY, Ky. – The City of Cave City announced a railroad crossing closure Thursday.

According to a social media post, CSX Transportation is closing the railroad crossing at Broadway Street and Mammoth Cave.

The closure is due to a mechanical failure, according to the post.

CCC says it will provide updates as they become available.
