UPDATE: Todd County experiences power outage, now operating

UPDATE: Per a social media release, Pennyrile Electric has restored power.

ELKTON, Ky. – On Tuesday, thousands of Todd County residents are without power.

Pennyrile Electric says the Elkton Substation in Todd County is experiencing an issue, causing the outage.

5,653 members are currently without power.

Pennyrile Electric says crews are at the scene working to restore power.

The outage is also effecting some members in Logan County.
