Scottsville man charged with unlawful imprisonment, assault

Scottsville, Ky. – A Scottsville man is charged with unlawful imprisonment and assault charges.

The Allen County Sheriff’s Office responded to a dispatch to a possible assault on Pea Ridge Road on Monday.

After an investigation, deputies say that 36-year-old Seth Summers, of Scottsville, physically assaulted a female complainant, threatened her with a firearm, and restrained her from leaving the residence.

Summers was located at the Pea Ridge Road residence and taken into custody.

Summers was lodged at the Allen County Detention Center.

Summers is charged with unlawful imprisonment (1st degree), strangulation (2nd degree), wanton endangerment (1st degree) and assault (4th degree – domestic violence) minor injury.
