Barren students receive Ronald Reagan Medal for Leadership

GLASGOW, Ky. – Two Barren County High School students are being recognized nationally.
On Wednesday, junior Grant Harper and senior Katelyn Huffaker were awarded the Ronald Reagan Medal for Leadership.
The Ronald Reagan Medal for Leadership recognizes exceptional high school students who demonstrate exemplary leadership skills, a commitment to service, and a dedication to upholding the values of freedom, democracy, and individual rights.
Barren County High School principal Amy Irwin says Harper and Huffaker’s qualities of leadership, integrity, and service make them stand out nationally.
