KSP continues honoring the legacy of Trooper Hayden Phillips with birthday remembrance
BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – Kentucky State Police Post 3 continues to honor Trooper Hayden Phillips.
KSP Public Affairs Officer Trooper Katan Parker shared a statement on what would have been Trooper Phillips 29th birthday on Wednesday.
“Happy Heavenly Birthday to our brother Hayden Phillips. He would’ve been 29 years old today. Rest easy Hayden, you will always be in our hearts. Thank you to Lisa Rone and Tiffany Rone for the birthday banner. We really appreciate all of the support from the community. Please continue to keep Hayden, his family and the Kentucky State Police in your prayers,” said Parker
51-year-old Emonnie Branch, of Portland, Tennessee, was arrested later that evening in Louisville after fleeing police. Branch was charged with murder in Trooper Phillips’ death.
