Warren County man arrested in daughter’s murder investigation
BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – A man who has been wanted in connection with the murder of his daughter is now behind bars.
After searching more than two weeks, the U.S. Marshals Task Force arrested Damian Renard Bowden, 49, in Nashville, Tennessee Monday.
The Commonwealth’s Attorney’s Office issued an arrest warrant for Damian Bowden on Sept. 30 after the Metro Nashville Police Department located Daquanna Bowden’s vehicle in Nashville on Sept. 23.
Officials found Daquanna Bowden on Sept. 9 in her father’s Payton Landing apartment off Scottsville Road, according to the Warren County Sheriff’s Office.
WCSO Sheriff Brett Hightower said items found within the daughter’s vehicle revealed additional evidence related to the investigation.
Damian Bowden was transported to the Warren County Detention Center, where he faces several charges, including murder – domestic violence, theft by unlawful taking or disposition of an auto between $1,000 and $10,000, abuse of a corpse and tampering with physical evidence.
