Bowling Green man allegedly flees police while wearing blond wig

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – A wanted Bowling Green man is behind bars after allegedly fleeing police while wearing a wig.

According to a uniform citation, on Tuesday, officers received information on the location of 22-year-old Zachary Weedman of Bowling Green, who was wanted on warrants.

Authorities say they spoke to another individual outside of a residence before Weedman fled out the back door. Police say he was running while wearing a blond wig.

Officers say Weedman failed to comply with commands, leading them to chase Weedman.

After a short physical altercation, police say Weedman was placed into handcuffs.

He remains at the Warren County Regional Jail on a charge of third-degree fleeing or evading police.
