Project to begin on Louie B. Nunn Cumberland Expressway in Barren County

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – Tonight, drivers should be aware of a resurfacing project on the Louie B. Nunn Cumberland Expressway in Barren County.

Work in this area is expected to begin Monday night from Interstate 65 at mile point 0 to the bridge at KY 1297 at mile point 9.3.

It’s possible this project could result in lane closures, delays and a lower speed limit in this section until it is complete. According to KYTC, paving work will be done during the night, but some work may be done during the day.
