Local restaurant donating half of dine-in sales Monday to support Trooper Phillips’ family

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – A Bowling Green restaurant is donating half of its dine-in sales on Monday, Oct. 5 to support the family of Trooper Hayden Phillips, who died in the line of duty last week.
According to a social media post by Mad Taco of Bowling Green, 50% of dine-in ticket sales at the business will go to the Kentucky State Police Foundation fund for Phillips’ loved ones.
The restaurant says this will only be offered for dine-in orders.
The offer will be active from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., according to the business.
The restaurant is located at 495 Lovers Lane #103 in Bowling Green.
If you are not able to make it, you may still donate directly to the Kentucky State Police Foundation. To learn more, click here.
