Gorman talks priorities after Tuesday’s landslide victory
No word from Democratic Warren County judge-executive candidate
BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – For the first time in almost 30 years, Warren County residents are electing their new county judge-executive.
Warren County voters elected Gorman as their primary republican Warren County judge-executive on Tuesday, and this vote was quite the landslide.
Gorman secured the primary with 6,257 votes, beating his republican opposition Joanna R. Jones and Jack Wright.
Gorman captured first place by over 4,800 votes.
Gorman says his top priorities leading up to November are quality of life, safety and keeping Warren County residents’ best interests number one.
“We worked so hard. We’ve had so many people reach out and work very hard for us and get the right things, but it’s very humbling when you put your name out there and you see all those results come in. It’s just a great feeling, and it’s also very humbling,” said Gorman.
News 40 tried reaching out through multiple channels to reach the Democratic candidate for Warren County judge-executive Keith Evanoff. No word yet from Evanoff nor the Warren County Democratic Party.
