Simpson County magistrate charged with DUI

FRANKLIN, Ky. – A Simpson County Sheriff’s deputy arrested Simpson County Magistrate Marty Chandler Thursday on a charge of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs second offense.
