BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – A Warren County grand jury Wednesday indicted three people accused in the December sale and purchase of an infant. FRANKLIN, Ky. – Franklin police are investigating a self-inflicted gunshot incident that occurred just before 2 p.m. Friday in the Walmart parking lot.
