BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – An Ohio man was arrested Friday following a bar fight at Dublin’s in downtown Bowling Green, and another man has a severe eye injury. Nevan Snodgrass, 19, is charged with second-degree assault and alcohol intoxication in a public place, according to his arrest citation.
