TriStar Greenview Regional Hospital welcomes vice president of human resources

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – TriStar Greenview Regional Hospital is welcoming Leah Shrull as vice president of human resources.

According to a release by TriStar Greenview, Shrull will lead human resources strategies, overseeing talent management, employee engagement, compliance and workforce planning for the 211-bed facility.

“We are thrilled to welcome Leah to TriStar Greenview. Her extensive experience and strategic approach will strengthen our facility,” said Mike Sherrod, chief executive officer at TriStar Greenview. “Leah’s passion for driving success includes shaping a people-first culture that supports our commitment to operational excellence.”

Previously, the release states Shrull served in human resources roles for the Shoals Technologies Group.

Shrull earned a bachelor’s degree from Western Kentucky University and actively volunteers with youth camps in Simpson County, according to the release.
