Cram the Cruiser to be hosted by Glasgow, Barren Co. law enforcement

BARREN COUNTY, Ky. – This month, you can help Glasgow and Barren County students prepare for school.

The Glasgow Police Department is joining forces with the Barren County Sheriff’s Office to host a Cram the Cruiser county-wide school supply drive.

The event will be held July 25 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Donations can be dropped off at Walmart and Dollar General at Happy Valley Road, 31 E-Haywood and Veterans Outer Loop/Columbia Avenue locations in Glasgow.

Supplies needed include:

  • Folders
  • Binders
  • Glue sticks
  • Sharpie markers
  • Erasers
  • Kleenex
  • Loose leaf paper
  • College ruled notebooks
  • Wide ruled notebooks
  • Safety scissors
  • Composition notebooks
  • Markers
  • Hand sanitizer
  • Folders
  • Sketch pads
  • Crayons
  • Coloring pencils
  • Construction paper
  • Bottled glue
  • Headphones/earbuds.

Monetary donations will also be accepted on site.
