BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – A Bowling Green man has been arrested on a harassment charge almost one week after a separate arrest on a stalking charge.

According to a uniform citation, the Bowling Green Police Department responded around 5:45 a.m. Tuesday to the 100 block of Creekwood Avenue for a disturbance.

Police say a caller stated a male who was banned from the residence had forced entry before leaving in a vehicle.

Authorities say officers arrived immediately and identified the male as 22-year-old Henoch Macias.

Police say dispatch confirmed a ban for Macias by an officer at the address.

Police say the caller stated Macias caused a disturbance both times he was at the apartment. Police say a witness stated Macias “aggressively pushed the door and forced his way into the residence.”

Police say they later made contact with Macias at another location. Authorities say during this time, he refused to be handcuffed.

Macias was handcuffed and placed into custody before being transported to the Warren County Regional Jail.

Macias faces charges of second-degree burglary, third-degree criminal trespassing, harassment (no physical contact) and resisting arrest.
