Kentucky State Police searching for man wanted in multiple counties

MADISONVILLE, Ky. – The Kentucky State Police is asking for the public’s assistance to locate a man wanted on several charges, including animal cruelty and fleeing police.
According to a release, troopers say 30-year-old Tyler James Morgan is wanted out of Hopkins, Caldwell, Webster and Union counties in Kentucky as well as Vanderburgh County in Indiana.
His warrants include 25 counts of second-degree cruelty to animals, multiple traffic violations, three counts of theft by failure to make required disposition of property, first-degree unlawful access to computer, third-degree fleeing or evading police and fraud/theft – value of property (Vanderburgh County).
Morgan’s Criminal Summonses include theft by deception – include cold checks and theft by failure to make required disposition of property.
Morgan is described as 5 feet 8 inches tall and 150 pounds with brown hair and blue eyes. Morgan was last seen near the area of Frazer Lane in Nebo, Kentucky.
