Barren County man arrested on synthetic marijuana charge

A 22-year-old man from Barren County, with multiple active warrants, has been arrested.

According to Glasgow Police, officers responded to North L. Rogers Boulevard in reference to a complaint of a subject that had active warrants.

Officers made contact with Kenneth Vibbert Jr., who was sitting inside of a vehicle. It was confirmed that Vibbert did have active warrants. Police say they discovered brass knuckles inside of his pants pocket and located synthetic marijuana inside of the vehicle. 

Vibbert was arrested and charged with possession of synthetic drugs, tampering with physical evidence and carrying a concealed weapon.

The Barren River Drug Task Force assisted with the arrest. Vibbert was lodged in the Barren County Detention Center.
