Infant ejected in single-vehicle crash in Warren County

UPDATE: The infant was in stable condition at 9 p.m. on Thursday night.

SMITHS GROVE, Ky. – First responders are working a single-vehicle crash on Interstate 65 southbound near the 41 and 42 mile marker.

An infant has been ejected from the vehicle, according to Kentucky State Police trooper Katan Parker.

Parker says the vehicle struck a tree Thursday afternoon.

The infant and mother have been flown for treatment, according to Parker.
