Russellville Rural units respond to brush fire

RUSSELLVILLE, Ky. – The Russellville Rural Fire Department was dispatched Monday for a brush fire.

Upon arrival, the fire department says it learned a tractor was on fire and that it had ignited a nearby wheat field.

Officials say a short period later, multiple units stopped the fire.

They extinguished the tractor shortly after, according to officials.
