Name released in fatal Plum Springs Road crash

WARREN COUNTY, Ky. – The Warren County Sheriff’s Office has released further details about a fatal wreck on Plum Springs Road.

On Saturday, deputies say they responded around 3:15 p.m. to Plum Springs Road at Grogan Street for a single-vehicle fatal collision.

According to deputies, a white 2019 Toyota Highlander was traveling south on Plum Springs Road when it left the roadway and struck a large tree.

The driver of the vehicle, 51-year-old Belinda M. Manley of Scottsville, Kentucky, was pronounced dead at the scene.

The sheriff’s office was assisted on scene by Bowling Green Medical Center EMS, Richardsville Volunteer Fire, Accident Recon Team, Drone Team, and the coroner’s office.
