Hart County Manor personal care home under criminal investigation

HART COUNTY, Ky. – Hart County Manor, a personal care home in Munfordville, Kentucky, is currently under a joint criminal investigation.

According to a release by Hart County Attorney Justin Baird, on April 8, the Hart County Sheriff’s Office and Munfordville Police Department obtained a search warrant for Hart County Manor at 205 Bridge Street.

The release states this search warrant was sought over concerns for the health and well-being of residents.

Details have not been released regarding these concerns at this time.

As a result of the search warrant, the release states a criminal investigation is underway by the Hart County Sheriff’s Office, Munfordville Police Department and the Kentucky Attorney General’s Office.
