COWS test scheduled for Friday in Warren County

Tornado sirens

WARREN COUNTY, Ky. – Warren County Emergency Management is set to test the Community Outdoor Warning Sirens at noon on Friday, April 5.

Emergency officials say this will only be a test.

Theses sirens are intended for outdoor use and should not be relied upon as the only warning system from indoors during a severe weather emergency. To receive severe weather alerts, download the WNKY Weather app, presented by Greenwood Ford Lincoln Mobile Service, here.
