Section of Barren Co. road temporarily closed due to Tuesday storms

BARREN COUNTY, Ky. – Tuesday’s storms closed a section of a Barren County road.

The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet District 3 says a section of KY 3179 Oil Well Road at Peter Creek (mile point 2.3) will be closed temporarily.

The closure is expected to be long-term due to storm damage Tuesday.

Officials state motorists should seek an alternate route.
