Man sentenced to federal prison in child pornography case

OWENSBORO, Ky. – A man is facing 20 years in federal prison after officials say he produced and distributed child porn.
Corey Allen Stephens, 31, of Greenville was sentenced last week to the prison term, according to the United States Attorney’s Office, Western District of Kentucky.
Court documents say Stephens used social media to chat with others, where officials say he posted an image of his sexual abuse of a toddler and said it was “not the first time I’ve done it.”
Homeland Security was able to trace the chat to his home, where agents gathered additional evidence of child pornography offenses, officials say.
Stephens is also sentenced to a lifetime of supervised release and to pay a $3,000 restitution to the victim, officials say.
