KSP hosting raffle of brand new GMC truck for Trooper Island Camp

Trooper Island Camp, Inc. will be raffling off a 2022 GMC Sierra 1500 Limited Denali on August 28 at 3 p.m.

Tickets start at $10. All proceeds go to support the camp, which is a free summer camp for underprivileged children ages 10 to 12, according to a social media post by KSP. The camp is operated by the Kentucky State Police on Dale Hollow Lake in Clinton County.

The post states the camp is financially supported entirely through donations.

Each year, the camp provides food, fresh air, reaction, guidance and activities to build self-esteem, good citizenship and positive relationships with law enforcement officers.
