Warren County Public Schools have a plan for food distribution with hybrid learning class schedule

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – With schools re-opening, the question about how students in need will receive their food is on some parents minds.

The Warren County Public Schools Nutrition and Dining Services have released their dining plan for the semester.

With students only in class two days per week, students will receive their meals at school like normal, but will also receive the meals for the following day to take home with them.

Students who have chosen to do all online schooling can pick up a week’s worth of meals each from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

If that time does not work for you, Gina Howard, the Director of nutrition and dining services for the school says you can contact the cafeteria to discuss another option.

Since schools closed down, WCPS delivered over a million meals to students in need.
