Warren County man accused of firing pistol inside duplex

BOWLING GREEN, Ky.- A Warren County man was charged with numerous crimes after deputies responded late Friday night to a report of shots being fired.

The incident occurred just after 11:30 p.m. at a duplex in the 300 block of UpperStone Ave.

According to a news release from the Warren County Sheriff’s Office, when deputies arrived on scene, they discovered what appeared to be a bullet hole in the ceiling. Deputies said they located a pistol, as well as ammo and a substantial amount of marijuana and other drugs.

Robert Windham, 42, was arrested and charged with multiple offenses, including first-degree wanton endangerment and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.

Windham was lodged in the Warren County Regional Jail.
