Warren County authorities searching for driver who fled after striking bicyclist

BOWLING GREEN, Ky.- The Warren County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a hit-and-run involving a bicyclist Monday morning.

It happened just after 7 a.m. in the 3200 block of Elrod Rd.

According to the sheriff’s office, the bicyclist, Aaron Drexler, 29, was struck from behind by a man driving a black pickup truck.

The truck was last seen traveling toward Smallhouse Rd.

Authorities believe the truck has damage to its front passenger side.

Drexler was treated for minor injuries.
