Veterans free during Military Appreciation Month at the National Corvette Museum

BOWLING GREEN, Ky.- November is Military Appreciation Month, and the National Corvette Museum is offering free admission to recognize U.S. military, firefighters, police and first responders.

All branches including active, veterans and reserve members will be honored with free admission when presenting a military or service ID.

This goes hand in hand with Veterans Day on Nov. 11, in which the museum is recognizing and honoring the service veterans have done to fight and protect the country.

Katie Ellison, director of marketing and communications for the museum, says why they hold the event every year.

“Corvette is America’s sports car and we like to support our American military friends as well as first responders. And this is something we’re passionate about and done for many many years. And we just like to say thank you and show our gratitude for all these folks,” said Ellison.

Additionally, any family member who comes along will receive a $2 discount off of their admission.
