Vehicles and more being auctioned to support local law enforcement agencies

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – If you are in the market for a new car or truck, an auction is being held Friday afternoon in Bowling Green, and the money raised goes to fund local law enforcement.

The Warren County Drug Task force, South Central Kentucky Drug Task Force and the Warren County Sheriff’s Office will be auctioning off vehicles and other items Friday at the SOKY Marketplace Pavilion in downtown Bowling Green.

They will be auctioning off vehicles from a 1988 Lincoln to a 2018 Ford Explorer with less than 18,000 miles as well as printers, cameras, a money counter and a Burberry purse.

In total, are 15 cars, three printers, three Sony Handycams and two Sony digital cameras for sale.

Proceeds from the auction go to benefit the agencies involved.

The auction begins at 4 p.m. Friday and will be auctioneered by Joe Houchens.
