Utica man arrested in Ohio County stolen tractor investigation
CROMWELL, Ky. – A suspect in an Ohio County tractor theft investigation was arrested Wednesday evening.
According to the Ohio County Sheriff’s Office, a tractor was stolen from the area of U.S. Highway 231 in the Cromwell area on July 13.
During the investigation, OCSO received a tip leading to the discovery of the tractor at 395 Greebrier Road in Utica. Authorities obtained a search warrant and recovered the stolen tractor.
Investigators arrested 44-year-old Richard Roby, of Utica, at the scene.
Roby is charged with receiving stolen property $10,000 or more. He was lodged at the Ohio County Detention Center.
The investigation is ongoing.
