Units respond to reported structure fire on Matlock Road

PLANO, Ky. – Multiple units responded to a reported structure fire Thursday on the 3500 block of Matlock Road in Warren County.

According to the Warren County Fire Department system, units responded around 9:20 a.m. to a reported building fire in Plano. Upon arrival, crews confirmed a one-story detached shop had visible flames with vehicles and a camper nearby.

Warren County Fire Chief Bill Rector says the initial fire resulted in a partial field fire. Warren RECC additionally responded to the scene.

Personnel say they deployed multiple lines, quickly bringing the fire under control.
