Unclaimed winning Powerball tickets sold in SOKY

FRANKLIN, Ky. – A $50,000 Powerball ticket was sold at a Kentucky Lottery retail partner from the Monday, Aug. 24 drawing.
The ticket, which matched four white balls and the Powerball, was sold at Circle K at 932 North Main St. in Hopkinsville, lottery officials.
The winning numbers from the Aug. 24 Powerball drawing were three, 16, 33, 38, 68 and a Powerball of two.
The Kentucky Lottery advises winners of physical lottery tickets to sign the back and keep tickets in a secure location. Lottery prizes can be claimed at Kentucky Lottery headquarters at 1011 W. Main St. in Louisville.
The current Powerball jackpot is estimated at $96 million. The next drawing will take place Wednesday, Aug. 26 at 11 p.m. EST. The Power Play 10X multiplier is available for play since the advertised jackpot is below $150 million. Power Play is a $1 add-on per play to the game.
Two $50,000 winning Powerball tickets from drawings in March are still unclaimed.
- A $50,000 Powerball ticket sold at Casey’s General Store at 315 S. Main St. in Franklin on March 14.
- A $50,000 Powerball ticket sold at Circle K at 2175 Russellville Road in Hopkinsville on March 21.
Winners have 180 days to claim their prize.
