UK student, Glasgow native indicted on 15 federal charges

LEXINGTON, Ky. – The University of Kentucky student and Glasgow native accused of sending social media threats against her school is now facing several years behind bars.

Media outlets have reported that yesterday, a grand jury returned a 15 count indictment against Haily Duvall, 19.

The 15 counts are of transmitting threatening communications and giving false information.

You might remember, Duvall spoke to multiple local news outlets about the threats just hours before police arrested her.

Duvall was released from jail on Nov. 21 and was ordered to stay off social media.

Each charge carries up to a 5 or 10 year prison sentence along with a $250,000 fine.
