Two arrested in connection with theft of a fire truck

KSP Post 3 in Bowling Green conducted an investigation into the theft of a fire truck from the Richardsville Volunteer Fire Department on February 24th. According to KSP, the investigation led to the arrest of Joy D. Bonds,41, and Charles E. Underhill,56.

Bonds is charged with theft by unlawful taking $10,000 or more, third degree burglary and persistent felony offender and was held in the Allen County Jail. 

Underhill is charged with receiving stolen property $10,000 or more, first degree criminal mischief and second degree hindering prosecution or apprehension and was held in the Bowling Green Regional Jail.
