TRAFFIC: Overnight road closure set in Butler County for resurfacing project

BUTLER COUNTY, Ky. – The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet says a roadway closure will be active in Butler County next week.

According to a release, KYTC crews will begin work on a resurfacing project in a section of U.S. 231 (Main Street) in Butler County on Wednesday, Aug. 26.

The closure is expected to take place overnight until 6 am and resume at 8 pm on Thursday, Aug. 27, until 6 am.

Officials ask motorists to travel alternate routes during the closure.
