Tennessee man accused of choking pregnant girlfriend in Bowling Green

BOWLING GREEN, Ky.- A man visiting Bowling Green from Tennessee is lodged in the Warren County Detention Center, after his pregnant girlfriend told police he choked her.

Harley Myrick, 27, is charged with second-degree strangulation and first-degree wanton endangerment.

According to an arrest citation, Myrick’s girlfriend told police he choked her inside of a motel room on Morgantown Road. The citation states that the woman had visible marks on her neck.

The girlfriend was taken to the Medical Center at Bowling Green to seek medical care for herself and her unborn child.

Myrick is being held on a $2,500 bond.
