Great Teddy Bear Run of 2023

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – It’s the first day of May, but we’re still thinking about April’s Child Sexual Abuse Prevention Month thanks to hundreds of Bowling Green bikers.

Bikers participating in the 23rd annual Great Teddy Bear run began their 13-mile ride Saturday at the Warren County Justice Center.

The Barren River Area Child Advocacy Center organizes the ride each year and collects hundreds of stuffed animals for the victims of child sexual abuse.

This year marks the 23rd year for the Great Teddy Bear Run, where people collect hundreds of teddy bears for children that are going through the Child Advocacy Center.

More than 500 bikers rode through town and ended at Harley Davidson of Bowling Green.
