Restaurant to offer special meal to support veterans

If you are looking for a nice dinner this evening and wanting to support veterans, Outback Steakhouse is offering a special meal.

Tonight for just $20, you can have an all-you-can-eat chicken and ribs dinner with cole slaw and green beans.

All proceeds of the meal benefit the local VFW.

Outback hosts this event to offer a way to give back to local veterans and thank them for their service.

"You can actually see some of the changes, and where the proceeds are going and how they’re benefiting people, says Tyler Herrell, the manager at Outback.

Outback offers a military discount daily to all active service members and veterans.
