Pulaski County man arrested on child sexual abuse offenses after investigation

SOMERSET, Ky. – A Pulaski County man is charged with child sexual abuse offenses after an investigation.
According to Pulaski County Sheriff Bobby Jones, a complaint was made that 19-year-old Dylan J. Bill, of Somerset, was producing computer-generated images of minor victims performing sexual acts.
After an investigation, detectives with the Pulaski County Sheriff’s Office charged Bill with fourteen counts of promoting a sexual performance by a minor (under 18). Bill allegedly possessed child sexual abuse material during the arrest.
Sheriff Jones says Bill was arrested early Tuesday morning.
The investigation is ongoing.
