Masseuse charged with rape and sodomy of a client in Bowling Green

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – A massage therapist in Bowling Green is charged with rape and sodomy after a woman told police, he raped her during a massage.

The woman told police Chris Lindsey, 32, had given her several paid massages in the past at the salon and spa, according to his arrest citation.

Tuesday, Lindsey was accused of massaging the woman’s inner thigh before removing his genitals from his scrubs and raping the woman, according to his citation.

The woman then began to cry and Lindsey left the room, according to his citation.

As the women left the salon, she told Lindsey “this should never have happened,” according to the citation.

The woman told police Lindsey apologized and did not charge for the massage, according to the citation.

At first, Lindsey denied all sexual contact when talking to the police, but then told police the victim never said no, but also did not consent to any sexual activity, according to the citation.

Lindsey also told police the woman looked uncomfortable, according to the citation.
