Man on ‘Most Wanted’ list on murder charge out of Tennessee

KENTUCKY – A man is being sought under the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation’s Most Wanted on a murder charge.

According to the Barren County Sheriff’s Office, local law enforcement is helping spread awareness in case the suspect may be seen in Kentucky.

Jesse Wayne Phillips is wanted in Tennessee on a second-degree murder charge. Authorities say he is believed to be armed and dangerous.

Phillips is described as 5 feet 11 inches tall and 215 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. Authorities say he has tattoos on his left upper arm of half barbed wire and half showing a tribal design, along with a skull on his right upper arm and “outlaw” on his elbow.
