Man jailed in Simpson County after allegations of sodomy, incest and sexual abuse of a minor

FRANKLIN, Ky.-A 29-year-old Simpson County man is behind bars after being accused of sex crimes involving a victim under 12 years old.

According to the Simpson County Sheriff’s Office, Joshua Hamby is charged with multiple counts of sodomy, incest and sexual abuse.

The law enforcement agency arrested Hamby on Thursday after an investigation that was launched on July 20.

Hamby is being held on a $250,000 bond inside the Simpson County Detention Center.
