Man charged with possession of methamphetamine, marijuana
BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – Bowling Green police arrest a man for possession of methamphetamine, marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
According to the arrest citation, Darren Winder, 37, was a passenger in a vehicle, stopped because the registered owner had an active warrant.
Following a search of the vehicle, a marijuana blunt was located between the front and rear seats, as well as a bag of suspected meth in the passenger floor board.
The citation states Winder admitted the marijuana was his, but told officers the meth was either a man’s who was previously in the vehicle or the driver must have thrown the meth in the floor when he wasn’t looking.
